The City Council discussed population and employment allocations to Ferndale on May 20th. The Planning Staff is recommending the City utilize the Adjusted High population and employment projections for the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Update but also call attention to the high growth allocated to areas outside Urban Growth Areas (UGAs).
