The upcoming Port Commission agenda reveals very little. They do seem to be getting more serious about finding money for installing a rail spur at the waterfront. One grant is already submitted, several more planned. While a rail spur would allow them to start moving cleaner products like cars and wind turbine parts, I don't think there are necessarily any limits on what they could start moving. (Gravel, grain, metal shredded elsewhere (like Skagit?), coal, petroleum products?)
